Welcome to HYAA Registration information! We’re excited to have you join us. DID YOU KNOW that HYAA is entirely volunteer-run? We are a 501-c3 non profit organization governed by a Board of Directors and we’d love to have your help.

Don’t have time to serve on the board? That’s okay. Can’t coach a team? No problem.

We still need parents/guardians for a number of things:

  1. Volunteer to man a concession stand.
  2. Join the Softball Task Force to help grow our softball program.
  3. Contact the Fundraising Chair to help plan a fundraiser.
  4. Come out on a Field Day to repair dugouts, rebuild pitching mounds, fix batter’s boxes, etc.
  5. Take pictures and videos to submit for marketing materials, social media posts, and the newsletter.
  6. Tell a friend about HYAA!

There are tons of ways to help! What can YOU do?

HYAA FALL 2023 PRICING*

All divisions:  $125

First practices start September 9th and games start September 23rd.

What is included in fall registration?

  • 2 weeks of pre-season practice, with approximately 2 practices per week, depending on weather.
  • 4-5 weeks of playing season, with approximately 1 practice and 1 game each week, depending on weather
  • Includes team shirts and hats for all players.

Financial assistance is available if needed

HYAA SPRING 2024 PRICING*

All divisions:  $175

Last day for Spring 2024 registration is TBD.

What is included in spring registration?

  • 4 weeks of pre-season practice, with approximately 2 practices per week, depending on weather.
  • 6-8 weeks of playing season, with approximately 1 practice and 1 game each week, depending on weather. For the older divisions (above T-Ball and MP30), the season ends with a tournament. During the tournament, multiple games may be played in a week.
  • Includes team shirts and hats for all players.

HYAA REFUND POLICY

HYAA will administer registration refunds under the following guidelines:

Spring Baseball

A full refund of the registration fees will be provided if the request is made before the scheduled Evaluation Day.  No refund will be provided if requested after Evaluation Day. Please check website for dates.

Fall Baseball

A full refund of the registration fees will be provided if the request is before uniform order has been placed. No refund will be provided if requested after uniform orders. Please check website for dates.

All refund requests should be made to the league commissioner.  The league commissioner has the authority to consider extenuating circumstances as they apply and to overrule this policy on a case-by-case basis.
